Therapy for Individuals
I support my clients in their journey to get a deeper understanding of themselves and their unique needs/wants. Within the safety/not judgmental space of therapy, we unfold your life story, we discover and understand the patterns that no longer serve you and, together, we will develop new, healthier patterns based on your unique needs NOW. We might also need to do some trauma work on the way, using EMDR/Flash for trauma therapy. In our journey together and based on your therapeutic goals/needs, we might be using mindfulness, somatic (yoga, body movements/dance, laughter) and experiential approaches.
All my therapeutic approaches are evidence based (EFT, EMDR/Flash) and relatively short term (15-30 therapy sessions on average). Therapy length is hard to predict, as each client is unique in their needs, but I would say on average I work with clients anywhere from 6 months to 2 years
